名探偵コナンと言うアニメです。名探偵コナンについては、頭がいい男子高生が男の子になって、事件を説き明かします。とても楽しくて面白いです。Watching the cases being solved can be a lot of fun. There is an element of looking for/guessing the different tricks or culprits involved before the final explanation is given at the end of the episode. This interactive element makes it more fun to watch. The show is very much patterned after the Sherlock Holmes and Hercule Poirot stories.

Because this show is very repetitive in its use of language, I was able to pick up on some new words simply by hearing them over and over again in different contexts. For instance, words like 事件、証拠、警察 (among others), I was able to pick up.
